These terms summarize responsibilities and expectations when accessing and using CleanLeads services.
Free credits
Free credits may be offered at signup and are intended as a one-time trial of the service.
Plans, billing, and upgrades
Accounts can be upgraded to paid plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and plan details are shown before checkout.
Lead generation and enrichment
CleanLeads gathers and enriches data from multiple sources and works to improve quality, but no enrichment or validation process can guarantee complete accuracy.
Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that outreach, data usage, and communications comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
How credits are charged
Credits are charged per enrichment attempt. Each attempt runs a contact through multiple independent data sources, and that lookup work is what the credit pays for — so a credit is consumed whether or not the attempt returns a contact. Free signup credits are provided so you can measure find-rates on your own target market before purchasing.
Credits and refunds
Credits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law or approved by CleanLeads support.

By accessing or using CleanLeads, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
